I personally believe that both Mickey and Tracy are worth what they earn. (Although there is some questioning about Tracy's recent stock selling.*) Feel free to disagree or agree with me. :) What I find especially interesting is Mickey's (1) salary (which is rather low for a CEO of a firm like J.Crew) and (2) bonus (which is rather high in comparison to his salary, but I guess that is to make up for his salary). I also am curious about the decision process when it comes to distributing bonuses for the top level executives at J.Crew?
What do you think of these figures? Do you think these J.Crew executives are worth their paychecks? What do you think of Mickey's salary/bonus?
