Hey all,
Im a SA at JCREW and seriously we LOVE helping you! (or at least I do) Sometimes the store can be soo boring and when I ask customers if they're finding everything ok they dont even look at me and just say "ya" in an aggravated tone. All I want to do is help!
When I do get friendly customers they always tell me what a delight I am to work with. Seriously, tell me your size, and go into your fitting room and Ill take care of the rest! I had a customer come in with a jacket and she asked me what would go with it. I set her up in the fitting room, asked her size, and then just started bringing her tshirts, tanks, anything in her size that would match the jacket. I think she ended up with 23 shirts to try on, and she ended up just picking one cotten t which was on sale for $9.99. She said that no one had ever given her that much attention in a store before and she was very thankful. Thats the job of a JCREW SA, to serve you in every way that we can. PLEASE JUST ASK FOR HELP! ITS OUR JOB TO FIND YOU WHAT YOU NEED!
And if your SA ISNT helping you, or treating you with the respect you feel you deserve, just ask to talk to a manager! The managers will do anything to make your shopping experience better. The worst thing for us is when a customer leaves unhappy.
First, I am always thrilled to see comments from J.Crew employees. I love hearing their perspective on J.Crew matters. Second, I would love this employee to be my Personal Shopper- she sounds wonderful! :)
What do you think of J.Crew's employees? Do you have any stories about great or awful experiences with J.Crew employees? Which stores have the best employees in terms of customer service (and which stores do you think have the worst)?
