"Thanks!" to Anonymous at 9:01 AM in the "J.Crew's Additional 20% Off on Final Sale" post who let us know the following:"Just got off the phone with JCrew credit card services... reward cards are set to be mail around July 30, 31, Aug. 1 time frame. All should be received by Aug. 10."
Also, "thanks!" to Anonymous at 9:03AM in the same post who shared with us the following about gift cards:
"the nice 15 year CS vet told me all gift cards got canceled. It is a system wide problem that they are still working on...no end in site...but they are working on it...."
Hopefully, those who are expecting their reward and gift cards will see them soon! :)
